Truckee Thursdays is a feel-good event that beckons the community to enjoy some exuberant downtown summertime energy. Offering live music, licensed alcohol area, food court with local food trucks and vendors, children’s activities, and a wide variety of artisan vendors. It’s no wonder this lively weekly event is on both locals’ and visitors’ must-do list. In addition, attendees will find sidewalk sales and other activities hosted by Historic Downtown merchants. Event Hours are 5pm to 8:30pm.

​August 8 | Wingfield Park | Reno
We’re closing out the Boots Honky Tonk summer series with a special finale celebration at Wingfield Park featuring a live performance by Carson Chandler.
Join us for one last summer night of country music, dancing, cold drinks, and honky tonk energy along the Truckee River in the heart of Downtown Reno. After a season of packed dance floors and unforgettable nights, we’re bringing the community together for a final celebration Western-style.
Entertainment Schedule:
• 7:00–10:00PM – Live concert by Carson Chandler
• 8:00PM – Free dance instruction with High Desert Country (open to all guests)
Expect live music, dancing under the lights, local libations, and the signature Boots atmosphere that kept the West dancing all summer long.
